1. Particulars of the Project

B. Violation of Section 12 – Misleading Advertisement
The Respondent made false representations about delivery timelines, amenities, and approvals.
C. Violation of Section 14 – Adherence to Plans
Changes have been made without consent of the Complainant/Allottees.
D. Section 18 – Delay in Possession / Refund
The Complainant is entitled to refund with interest OR possession with interest for delay.
E. Section 19 – Rights of Allottees
The Respondent has violated allottee rights of timely possession, stage-wise updates, and lawful demands.

4. Reliefs Sought
